Message from the Principal

Our school is part of a very old religious order rooted in 12 century Europe and brought to South Africa by the Dominican Sisters. It is therefore with great pride that we, at Our Lady of Fatima, continue that rich legacy, with its deeply entrenched Catholic/Christian values nourished through the guidance of our Dominican Sisters and through prayers, sharing and spiritual growth.

At the core of our educational endeavour is the belief that each child is a unique creation of God, endowed with her own special gifts and talents. With the help of a dedicated and talented staff, we offer a progressive, broad-based curriculum which encourages creative, critical thinking and technological competence. The school has an exemplary academic record with a 100% Matriculation pass rate.

Our children are also encouraged to participate in our very active Outreach Programme that fosters caring, responsible and socially aware young ladies who will one day make a valuable contribution to a society so much in need.

We also have a great deal to offer in the sporting and cultural arenas where many of our girls have excelled at the highest level.

We have been truly blessed over the years and look forward to the future with confidence and pride.
