Head of Mathematics

January 2027 | Grade 8-12

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic educator to work within a collaborative and high-performing team, while shaping a stimulating, rigorous, and engaging learning environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving academic excellence, supporting and developing staff, and fostering a culture of curiosity and confidence in Mathematics across the school.

We are looking for an individual who combines strong subject expertise with strategic leadership, and who is committed to inspiring both learners and colleagues in pursuit of continuous improvement.

The successful candidate must be registered with SACE and fit the following profile:

  • Senior school trained educator with recent experience teaching Mathematics, Grades 8 – 12
  • Knowledge of the GET and FET curricula.
  • Teaching of FS Mathematics & recent experience in an IEB school will be an advantage.
  • An appreciation of the School’s traditions and Catholic ethos.
  • Sound interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with learners, staff and parents.

Duties will include:

  • Attendance at related workshops and parent interviews.
  • A full and active role in the co-curricular life of the School.

Head of Advancement & Alumni Relations

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and strategic individual to lead the growth of the school’s Jubilee Trust. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative and high-performing team, while building a sustainable and impactful fundraising and engagement platform for the future.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the Jubilee Trust through strategic fundraising, strengthening alumnae engagement, developing partnerships, and delivering high-impact events. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and strong execution to grow the Trust from its current base into a significant long-term fund.

We are looking for an individual who combines strong relational skills with commercial awareness and strategic insight, and who is committed to building a culture of giving and community aligned with the values and ethos of the school.

The successful candidate must fit the following profile:

  • Relevant degree and at least 5 years’ experience in fundraising, marketing, partnerships, or event management
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth or manage income-generating initiatives
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with parents, alumnae, and external partners
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative fundraising initiatives
  • A high level of professionalism, accountability, and self-motivation
  • An appreciation of the School’s traditions and Catholic ethos

Duties will include:

  • Development and implementation of a Jubilee Trust growth and fundraising strategy
  • Coordination and oversight of key fundraising events (golf days, festivals, community events)
  • Growth and engagement of the alumnae network
  • Development of sponsorships and external partnerships
  • Communication and promotion of the Jubilee Trust and its impact
  • Tracking and reporting on fundraising targets and outcomes
  • Attendance at related events and meetings as required
